Number 5 Ocean Echo is a little gem. It’s situated in a small, secure face brick complex across the road from the beach. Although the unit is set back from the front of the complex, your seaviews are still good. There is one lock-up garage and an open-bay parking within the complex grounds for your use.

The complex is central to all amenities and close by to many varied activities. The beach is just a few metres away and there’s excellent fishing. Close to several outstanding golf courses in the area!

The unit consists of:
* 2 bedrooms both with double beds. Each one has its own bathroom.
* There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge that can be used if necessary.
* Ideally suited to 4 guests but could accommodate an extra two guests.
* Secure and fully burglar guarded
* Fully air-conditioned!

There is a comfortable open-plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge is equipped with a TV and DSTV decoder. You just need to bring your own DSTV card. There is a lovely verandah leading off the lounge. Comfortable verandah furniture and a portable braai are there for your use.

All bedding and bath towels are provided for you but you do need to bring your own beach towels. Servicing of the unit can be arranged and an extra charge of R100 per day.
